O'Neall Parris, MD, MPH, FAAP - Co-Chairman

Population and Family Health 

Dr. O’Neall Parris is a medical practitioner (child, adolescent, and young adult health) and a consultant in Population and Family Health. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University, his MD degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, and his MPH (Master of Public Health) from the Columbia University School of Public Health.  

He was the Founding President of the New York-based non-profit Caribbean American Medical & Scientific Association (CAMSA), Inc. in 2012 and has been a longstanding member and former Chairman of the Barbados Cancer Association (BACA) USA, Inc., a New York-based non-profit dedicated to supporting cancer advocacy initiatives in Barbados. 

In 2011, Dr. Parris founded the non-profit Barbados Diaspora Collaborative USA, Inc. to garner diaspora funding for projects in Barbados related to health, culture, and the arts. BDC USA is currently focused on securing diaspora funding in the USA, Canada, and the UK to assist in the development of the Barbados Hospice.
